No matter what apparatus you are on, pilates all stems from the mat. Challenging your body in different ways, honestly I find the mat one of the more challenging apparatus but also very rewarding. Finding your core, and connecting with your mind while improving your own health. Joseph Pilates truly believed the pilates would help with things in every day life and after being working on my own practice and instructing classes I have discovered that it true.
