Personally, I have experienced and can truly say when Joesph Pilates said that “you will feel different in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”

Over the past year, I have watched my flexibility change, balance improve and just overall a better sense of feeling in my body. Every day tasks like bending over to pick something off the floor is honestly well, just easier. I owe it all to pilates. Growing stronger with every breath, pilates is an amazing low impact full body work out.

Private Pilates

Move with the body you showed up with today, remember every day isn’t going to be the same. Ready to start your pilates journey? Krista offers sessions directly from her home, now be advised she does have furry four footed friends that may bark occasionally. However working out of her home allows for her to have the opportunity to share her passion with others.

Allowing her to charge less than most private studios. Krista is always working on her own practice, because she believes you should always practice what you preach. Working with each client to help reach their fitness and movement goals because she realizes that motion is lotion.

Group Classes

Krista currently works at 2 different studios. You can find her leading group classes on Monday, Tuesday and Fridays.
